If you currently have aging solar panels, the energy consultants here at 64Solar will do a free assessment to understand their current capacity and efficiency. Rent us the roof, and we’ll refurbish current panels to bring them up to modern standards.

If you already know your building’s current solar system isn’t working, or you inherited a broken system with the building, we can repair current systems to bring them back online. The cost of these repairs can be easily rolled into your rental agreement.

If we deem that the system that’s currently installed on your rooftop is either too antiquated or beyond repair, we can remove and replace the entire system with new components as part of your rental agreement.
What does our free assessment include?
Evaluate current solar system
It all begins with checking the inverters and make sure they’re working. Then we follow that with a visual inspection of the current modules and wiring. We will identify any damaged or broken components that can often impact the performance of the entire system.
Identify potential risks to the system
Even if the current solar system is working, we can spot anything that may cause future damage, such as outdated, non-PV-rated wiring and zip ties, which are a common culprit in modules installed prior to 2018.
Analyze your system’s readout
As part of your free assessment, we will download a readout of your system’s historical performance. We will analyze its productivity and efficiency, look for any anomalies, and identify areas where we see room for improvement.
Assess structural components
Once we have analyzed the solar system itself, we will then look at the how it was installed. Are solar arrays position at optimum angles? Are they weighted with weatherproof pavers that can withstand constant exposure to the elements?
